  We were recommended Jacqui at First National Bellerive by our friends. I could not be happier to have taken their recommendation. Jacqui and Angela from the outset went above and beyond to provide service, advice and assistance to us. I showed my partner their initial correspondance when we were first shopping around for a property manager, and they far and away blitzed the competition in their thoroughness, effectiveness and most importantly knowledge of their area, tenants and their professional responsibilities. They were so friendly, before we even signed up they offered to help us with our pre-settlement inspection, and sent us a list of what to look for and what to ask. They seem to genuinely care about their clients. They have property maintenance issues fixed immediately with no fuss, at very low rates, and within two weeks of signing up had the current tenants (who were in significant arrears when signed over to us by the previous property managers), up to date. I am thrilled to have chosen these guys. I feel cared for, safe and well-represented. Great service!

  Be very careful when thinking of working with this real estate. We had issues with our agent and when she then came to inspect our property was rude and had unbelievably poor service. She seemed the think she could bully us in to being happy with the property or her service and then once we mentioned we were wanting to break lease went out of her way to get rid of us so we wouldn't get out bond back. Worst rental experience my partner and i have had, will not ever go back to renting with first national. Poor service, poor tenant treatment, poor response time and poor contact with both tenants and owners. Beyond unhappy and very glad to be moving on to a different real estate.
